Blue Jay's Perch

Blue Jay's Perch was a beautiful one bedroom (plus loft) cabin. It was exactly as advertised yet even better in person, the owners nailed the rustic yet classy vibe in decor too. The view from the balcony was great, it felt like we were in a tree house surrounded by nature yet the cute Cheshire Village restaurants were a brief walk down the hill. Downtown Black Mountain was a mile away and had some awesome food options. We definitely recommend the Blue Ridge Biscuit Company if you're looking for breakfast or lunch, though it's a further trek! Thanks so much for such a lovely place to stay for our 4th of July weekend. It was a wonderful hub to come home to in between hikes and exploring the area with our dogs each day!

What a wonderful time we had in Asheville and Blue Jay's Perch over the past weekend. The cabin was a great little get away and very close to Asheville with a 15-17 minute drive. The cottage was just as described and a quiet little slice of heaven, made me want to live in a cabin all year round. Downtown black mountain was also a great little spot.

Wild Turkey's Roost

Great location, awesome cabin experience, great view and amenities, very comfortable king bed! Highly recommend to others considering a stay in the area! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit!!
